Grapes: 50% Corvina Veronese, 30% Corvinone, 15% Rondinella, 5% Oseleta
Colour: Very dark ruby red and intense color, saturated with garnet hues and brick color reflections with aging.
Bouquet: It has a distinctive and very organized aroma, well supported, with sweetish hints of very ripe red fruit, spicy notes.
Taste: The taste is appreciated for its body and heat: full-bodied and velvety, soft and enveloping, complex and tannic. In mouth it has good correspondence with the nose.
Food Pairings: It finds a perfect gastronomic pairing with game, mixed grills, but also with meat sauces such as pot roasts and stews.
